1. Atomic Breath Collectibles will not be held liable for stolen or lost orders that have been marked as delivered

2. For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred for packages, nor any damages if a package is opened for inspection.

3. We do the best quality control possible, yet small tears, scuffs and other minor imperfections are normal and not grounds for compensation.

4. We are not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered by customers, we assume no responsibility for any loss due to this error. If you enter an address that is not shippable with one of our carriers (ie. a PO Box), we will contact you for an alternate address

5. Oversized orders or orders shipped to remote areas may be subject to additional fees. You will be contacted accordingly if that's the case

6. All sales are final once the shipping label has been created or the pickup ready email has been sent. Cancelled orders may be subject to a 3% transaction fee. 

7. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. If that is the case, you will receive a full refund
